Founded in 2012. Oliva & Stone Mediterranean Kitchen has been serving fresh, authentic Mediterranean cuisine for over a decade. What began as a small neighborhood spot has grown into a beloved local destination known for its warm hospitality, vibrant flavors, and commitment to quality ingredients.

Elias Markou brings over 20 years of culinary experience to Olive & Stone. Born into a family where food was central to daily life, Elias developed a passion for cooking at a young age, learning traditional recipes passed down through generations.
Before opening Olive & Stone, Elias trained at culinary institutes in Athens and southern Italy, and worked in upscale tavernas, seaside bistros, and hotel restaurants throughout Greece, Italy, and the eastern Mediterranean. His experience ranges from classic street food to refined coastal cuisine, giving him a deep understanding of both tradition and modern presentation.
Elias is known for his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and belief that great food starts with respect for ingredients and people. Today, he continues to lead the kitchen, mentor his team, and ensure that every guest experiences the flavors, warmth, and authenticity that define Olive & Stone.
